Crew members customs regulations:

The same regulations as for passengers apply.


Pets (cats and dogs) will be allowed to enter Guam with a valid entry permit which can be obtained against payment of USD 20.- and possessing the following documents:
a. A health certificate dated not more than 10 days prior to shipment;
b. A rabies vaccination certificate for pets over 3 months old, dated no less than 30 days and not more than 1 year prior to shipment;
c. A certificate of immunization against distemper, hepatitis, leptospiroris, parainfluenza, parvovirus and corona virus for dogs and certificate of immunization against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calici virus, panleukopenia and chlamydia for cats;
d. Microchip implant;
e. OIE-FAVN Rabies blood test;
f. Confirmed reservation for 5 days quarantine facility. A 5 day or less quarantine program is available. For more information see .

Pets may enter as passenger's checked baggage or as cargo.
Exempt are seeing eye dogs and pets coming from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or USA/Hawai.

Baggage Clearance regulations:

Baggage is cleared at the first airport of entry in Guam.

Exempt: baggage of transit passengers with a destination outside of Guam if the onward flight is within 24 hours and the flight is not with Aerovias Colombianas Ltd. or Pacific Island Aviation, Inc..

Airport Tax

No airport tax is levied on passengers upon embarkation at the airport.
